The user masks their full potential from enemies. Power level is halved, but energy, HP and PP is doubled. (In theory, this could be to any degree, but half is simplest.) Scanglasses will not reveal true power, either. This power lasts as long as the user wills it to, and can be broken at any time, though it will cost the user a turn.
