The user calms his/her mind and is able to visually slow everything down around him/her a little bit in relation to the user. Basically, everything seems to move slower to the user, but appears the same to others. (Sort of like the foe's speed falls by one, but only the user can benefit from it). However, if the user is hit while using this attack (always goes last), the move fails.
